Melatonin is a wonderful little natural sleep aide that has worked wonders here at our house. It is a naturally occurring compound found in animals, plants, and microbes so that means NATURAL! No dependency! The melatonin signal forms part of the system that regulates the sleep-wake cycle by chemically causing drowsiness, so we bow down to the melatonin gods! So many kids with autism, and also neurotypical kids have sleep issues. Melatonin is a great alternative to harsh prescription sleep medications that often come with horrible side effects plus it can be found online, at any pharmacy, and at most grocery stores. If it doesn’t seem to aide in helping you get some Zzz’s do some research on Valerian root and other natural methods.

Wonderful blog! I found it while searching on Yahoo News.

Do you have any suggestions on how to get listed in Yahoo News?

I’ve been trying for a while but I never seem to get there! Thank you

Thanks! Honestly I’m not quite sure how my blog got on it. I didn’t enter anything through Yahoo or anything if that is what you were wondering. Sorry, I’m not more helpful in this area.
